For electronic submission of plans, our front office personnel checks this e-mail address every day and routes it to the appropriate planner. Even if you are working directly with a planner, if that planner is away from the office the files will be organized to case file by our front office staff.

All land use planners review business licenses, residential and commercial plan reviews, conditional use permits for retail and medical marijuana facilities, along with site determinations of marijuana locations. We take turns being “planner of the day” for being the go-to person for customer service and questions. We are assigned special projects, too.
